Our pepper varieties are carefully selected based on real-world performance in South Florida’s climate, producing strong, productive plants that thrive in the heat and humidity. Whether sweet or spicy, these peppers bring vibrant flavor to your kitchen and beauty to your garden.
Sweet Peppers
Carolina Bell – Classic sweet bell with thick, juicy walls and high yields; perfect for stuffing, roasting, or fresh eating.
Lipstick – Sweet, tapered red pepper with rich, fruity flavor; early and prolific, great for raw snacking or roasting.
Habanada – Looks like a habanero but with zero heat; offers tropical, floral flavor ideal for sauces, salsas, or snacking.
Shishito – Mild, thin-walled Japanese pepper with smoky-sweet flavor; best blistered in a hot pan—about 1 in 10 packs a gentle surprise heat.
Sweet Bonnet – Caribbean-style bonnet pepper bred for sweetness, not spice; fruity flavor perfect for tropical sauces and marinades.
Spicy Peppers
Aji Charapita – Tiny, golden Peruvian pepper with bright citrusy heat (50,000–100,000 SHU); prized for its fruity punch in salsas and sauces.
Aji Mango – Vibrant orange pepper with medium heat (30,000–50,000 SHU); tropical mango-like sweetness balanced by a gentle burn.
Datil – Florida heritage pepper with a fiery kick (100,000 SHU) and sweet-tropical flavor; a local favorite for hot sauces.
Habanero – Extremely hot (150,000–300,000 SHU) with fruity, floral notes; adds intense flavor to Caribbean and Mexican dishes.
Jaloro Jalapeño – Golden-yellow jalapeño with medium heat (2,500–8,000 SHU); thick-walled and great for pickling or grilling.
Sugar Rush Peach – Fruity, peach-colored pepper with medium heat (30,000 SHU); sweet, tropical flavor that shines in salsas and hot sauces.
