Shipping
All plants will be shipped either USPS priority mail or Fed Ex depending on the item and size. USPS has recently been experiencing frequent delays which may delay your plant from arriving on time. Once you receive your shipping notification please check your tracking frequently to ensure you are there when your plant is delivered. Plants that are in a box and exposed to hot sun will likely overheat and eventually die (especially if they are small and box can fit in your mailbox!). I am not responsible for plants that dont make it due to USPS delays or if you fail to bring in your plant once its delivered. If there is an issue with your plant I need to know the same day it is delivered.

good ball, wrong color

I think the hot-ee roller is a great ball! My problem is that there is no option to select a color. I thought I was getting a purple one, since that is what is shown in the picture. As usual, I failed to read that it was assorted colors. I have a peculiar little dog that will only play with the purple one. His current purple one is in tatters. You could hardly even call it a ball at this point. We have red, blue and green and they are invisible to him.

Works ok if you use more than I think should be needed, given the price.
I have chronic hives, being controlled by a once-a-month injection. I've always had itchy spots, and figured it was just the way I was. The first couple of times I used this I didn't really notice any difference; when I asked someone else to put it where I couldn't reach on my back, it helped a lot more than I expected. It turns out they used a LOT more than I had been using. So: works ok, but you have to use somewhere between a thin sheen and a glop. Which is why I ended up getting this pump bottle, as my second purchase. I keep the smaller bottle for travel, now.
