How to Care for an Aglaonema Red Army

Light: Aglaonema Red Army is a unique hybrid between the Aglaonema pictum tricolour and the Aglaonema Rotundum. It’s stunning leaves feature a bold camouflage pattern with a reddish pink pinstripe. Red Army plants prefer indirect sunlight. Direct sunlight in the morning and afternoons is okay as the light is less harsh. If your room has a window you will be fine, although a Aglaonema Pictum Tricolor will grow faster the brighter the room is.

Water: They prefer to dry out between waterings. Press your finger about an inch into the soil and if it is damp, do not water it. If it is dry it is time to water. In the summer you will water twice as much as the winter waterings.

Soil: Well-draining potting mix will let a Aglaonema Red Army thrive.

Humidity: The average humidity in a house is great

Aglaonema Red Army Information

An Aglaonema Red Army is a Chinese evergreen plant, which makes it a tropical perennial. There are many variations, or cultivars, of aglaonema plants, and the all make excellent house plants.

A reason they are so popular is their large, narrow, oval leaves, which grow on short stems. If provided the right conditions, they will flower in the spring or summer. Not all Aglaonema plants can flower, so if yours does we are very excited for you.

Aglaonema Red Army is one of the most popular Aglaonema house plants because it is easy to care for, even for beginners. There are many variations of Aglaonema's, and the Red Amy is no exception.

This is a plant that will add personality to your home decor.

Aglaonema Red Army  Growth

A Chinese evergreen growth rate is slower than some other tropical house plants, which makes it an excellent plant for beginners and experienced plant growers. If you have a busy schedule, this is the plant for you.

Aglaonema Red Army Water

Watering an Aglaonema Red Army every two weeks is very common. Be sure to let them dry out between waterings. This will allow the roots of the plant to get fresh air before more water is applied.

When it's time for watering, soak your Aglaonema Red Army thoroughly for 30 minutes, and let the excess water drain for 5 minutes, place your plant in its pot, and you are good for 2 more weeks.

Some plant growers are concerned about root rot, but if you are letting your plant dry out completely between waterings, you have nothing to worry about. Root rot occurs when the plant is watered too frequently, not how much it is given at one time.

Aglaonema Red Army Sunlight

Placing a Aglaonema Red Army in medium light, bright and indirect light, is enough to let it thrive. A table, ledge, or desk that is 2 or 3 feet from a window is the perfect amount of light, being sure that leaves are kept out of direct sun.

The more sun your Aglaonema gets, the more water it will need, which you will learn over time. During the winter months your plant will get less sun and need less water. During the summer, more water will be used and your plant will grow much faster.

Durable. Squeak doesn't last forever with my aggressive chewers but crinkle does. Best balls.

Balls

My dog loves chasing these balls. He seems to love the squeak! They fit the chuck it stick perfectly, and are great replacements for the originals that came with the stick.

Nice set of balls
Size: Medium
The squeaker quickly became my dog’s favorite ball and has replaced the fuzzy tennis balls. My dog is a nonstop fetcher and these chuck it balls are durable and fun.

The orange and blue ball is perfect. Once start taken because the because the blue noisy one was a little to easy for my dog to start ripping pieces off. Will say most toys do not survive his chewing.
