- 22” of cording or ribbon for ties
- Small piece of fabric for eye ruffles
- 6” of decorative trim for ears
Neck Ruffle
- 2” tall by 1 yd wide of mesh tulle
- 6” of fringe
- 18” of ribbon for ties
Dress
- ½ yd of lace or fancy tulle for wings
- 3 yds of decorative fringe for dress and wings
- Fat quarter for dress
- 4 small buttons
