The ever-stunning PS23641 is a full length, strapless evening gown by Portia and Scarlett! The gown features a silver sweetheart bodice with built-in corset top. The skirt is a pink fully sequined gown with horse-netting on the bottom to allow the dress to "puddle" at your feet!

Fit: Runs true to Portia and Scarlett sizing chart. Dress has max stretch! If you are between sizes, go down to the smaller size!

Materiel: Fully lined. Velvet and sequins.
